Shipping and Handling

Retromarine trunks and other products can be ordered from anywhere in the world and we try to get them to you as soon as possible, no matter where you are. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, with all orders received before 2pm shipping the same day. All custom & duty fees and taxes are the customer's sole responsibility.

US - Full refund - 15 days  / Store Credit - 16-60 days - excl. original and return shipping charges

International - Full refund - 21 days / Store Credit - 16-60 days - excl. original and return shipping charges

*We do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 20%. These items are only eligible for a size exchange or store credit only. 

Please note that during special sales events, such as  Black Friday or Cyber Monday ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.

In the very unlikely event of you not loving your Retro's as much as we do, we do of course accept them back. All products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date and a full refund will be issued. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the funds to show up in your account or credit card statement. If you are buying something for somebody else and know what you may not be able to return it please contact us through our website, and we would be more than happy to extend your return window.

All products must be in original condition including all the tags and any other material that was sent with the order, such as bags and promotional items. If the returned items are not considered in perfect condition or have been worn or in some way altered we reserve the right to reject a return. All sale items are final sales and will be highlighted as such.


We try to always give you the best possible information about our products on our website and you can always contact our customer service team at to clear up any questions regarding sizing, colors or any other questions you may have. Nonetheless if something should not fit you as expected you can of course exchange it within 30 days from the purchase.

We recommend you place your new order first in order make sure your exchange items is available. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you in full of course. The same policies as for returns apply.
