Shipping and Handling
Retromarine swim shorts and other products can be ordered from anywhere in the world and we try to get them to you as soon as possible, no matter where you are. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. All custom & duty fees and taxes are the customer's sole responsibility.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAY PROCESSING TIME DEPENDING ON SIZE OF ORDER.

USPS/UPS Ground Service / 3-7 business days / FREE for Orders over $100 / $10 if Under $100
USPS/UPS 2 Day Service / 2 business days / $20
USPS/UPS Overnight Service / 1 business day / $35

Returns & Exchange Policy
- US full refund - 15 days after purchase - The refund, excluding the return shipping charge, will be processed in the next 7 days the package arrives.
- US store credit - 15 days window - We will provide return label for free. The store credit will be processed in the next 7 days after the package arrives.
- International full refund - 30 days after purchase - Buyer must arrange shipping and supply tracking number. The refund will be processed in the next 7 days the package arrives. Take into account USPS does not provide accurate information, we recommend UPS/DHL/FEDEX for returns.

Most products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date and a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping charge. Returns take 7 days to be processed.
All products must be in original condition, including all the tags and any other material that was sent with the order, such as bags and promotional items. If the returned items are not considered to be in perfect condition or have been worn or in some way altered we reserve the right to reject a return. All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We try to always give you the best possible information about our products on our website and you can always contact our customer service by emailing raechel@retromarine.nyc to clear up any questions regarding sizing, colors or any other questions you may have. Nonetheless if something should not fit you as expected, you can of course exchange it.
We recommend you place your new order first in order make sure your exchange items are available, as items can sell out quickly.
*We do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of 20% or more. These items are only eligible for a size exchange or store credit only.
Please note that during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.
